  Great experience at Urgent Care. Very fast and efficient, everyone was very nice and helpful. I saw Elizabeth Bailey, PA, she was awesome. SO kind, really listened to all my concerns and very thorough. I did not feel at all rushed by her, she was very patient with me and the things I was worried about. I was much more at ease after seeing her and felt very confident in her assessment and treatments. Very, very pleased overall!

  If you don't mind arriving at 2pm on a Saturday with a very sick and coughing spouse and finding it CLOSED, by all means try this place. They do not keep regular hours and don't post the hours that they do keep, and if you happen to arrive when the urgent care is closed you will be set upon by an extremely angry and unwelcoming person at the door yelling, "Closed!". The doors, however, are open, and there is no sign saying that the urgent care is closed or giving the business hours. STAY AWAY. Go to the City MD on 57th between 8th and 9th. City MD posts their hours clearly and treats patients well, both medically and personally.

  I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care and would highly recommend going. I went the night before Thanksgiving expecting a long wait time and crowded waiting room, but ended up being seen 15-20 minutes after arriving. The waiting room only had one other person and social distancing was easily done. The staff and Dr. Bertisch were all incredibly professional, compassionate, and efficient. I was in an out in no time and had a prescription ready for me at my pharmacy when I left. The building itself is very updated and nice. I could not have asked for a better experience

  I have had to visit the Urgent Care on 52nd Street 4 times in the last 3 years. Although I do have a personal physician at that site, it is hard to get an appointment in a hurry during a crisis, hence my familiarity with the Urgent Care. I’ve been very satisfied with my treatment and the help I’ve gotten. First, you don’t need an appointment and you can get help on the weekend. The place is clean and well equipped and staffed. They can do labs and X-Rays right there and then. I’ve never waited a long time to see the doctor. It has been my good fortune to see Dr Bertich at every visit to the Langone Urgent Care on 52nd Street. Dr Bertich is a gem, a medical treasure! She listens, she’s very compassionate and caring. And she’s really, really smart and well trained. The faith I have in her ability and caring have made my medical emergencies much less scary, and her treatment has always tamed the emergency. There are other doctors at the Langone Urgent Care, but I can only speak to my experience with Dr Bertich.
