StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab West 96th offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

The free demo stretch left me wanting more. I immediately signed up and was paired with Amaris. WOW! Amaris is AMAZING. She stretched me like nobody’s business. My body felt like jello when my session was over with her. My body felt so good and relax. They were no pain while stretching me even with my knee replacement. Amaris knows her stuff and what to do to make you feel comfortable. She’s very good with her techniques as she explains what she’s doing for each stretch and why is it good. Ask for Amaris, you will not be disappointed. BTW, I book with Amaris for my entire membership ☺️
