- CBChloe BingSep 19, 20254.0This studio is fantastic aside from one studio crew member; I believe his name is Mackenzie (white, male, reddish hair, probably in his mid 30s). Even when you ask him a simple question, he is always passive aggressive and patronizing. His atrocious attitude sometimes ruins my whole ride. Aside from him, the staff and instructors here are wonderful, and I can’t wait to return when he is not on shift or leaves the studio.
