  Honestly shocked by the experience I had at this SoulCycle with the support staff. When trying to setup my bike in the dark room, they started off being a tiny bit rude to me when I didn’t immediately know how to set up the bike. Then later into class, I had gone to get water and was told “we normally don’t let people back into class.” Now that’s a major issue for so many reasons, because these classes are very expensive, because it’s not fair to limit people’s bathroom use / water during workouts or honestly just need to step out. If it’s so disruptive to the environment of the studio, then figure out some lighting outside that isn’t so disruptive when you open the door. If it’s a “safety” issue, then that’s total BS given people will constantly leave during stretching. On top of all this, the class was so loud that my ears are in pain afterwards and I couldn’t go to get ear plugs without risking “not being allowed back in.” Overall I’ve just never left so disappointed and upset from a workout class and will never be returning here again.

  Will never come here again. First time here and I normally don’t bike so had no knowledge of what to do. I completely busted my knee during a class. I couldn’t even walk out of the place and they just full on ignored me. Apparently the most likely cause is that the adjustments weren’t properly fit for me causing me to overwork my knees. I had to go to the ER due to the trauma in my knees and couldn’t walk for two months. Still can’t exercise for a few more months. I hope in the future they get employees who actually know and care about what they’re doing or at least train them properly rather than assuming that a new client with no experience knows what they’re doing so that there aren’t any more people like me who experience this. I mean it would’ve been nice if they at least asked if I was fine considering I literally fell off my bike and struggled to walk out the door.

  Usually empty which is great (hopefully they don't close lol). Love Drew B. He's the only one that doesn't talk to people like a dumbass (find your spirit warrior or whatever), and the class is reasonably hard.
