I am now walking miles, dancing and can keep us with the class. I love Soul Cycle and adore Anthony. His encouragement, patience and his motivation are amazing.

The instructor, Nyemale, was absolutely phenomenal—so kind, encouraging, and motivating throughout the entire class. The energy here is unmatched! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an inspiring and supportive workout experience.
