- ALApril LewarsFeb 25, 20265.0Dr. Masiah is Masterful . I took 3 trains to meet with him after a NYC Snowstorm. He is so Professional with his Proficient in Staff. Such a Luxurious office on Central Park. As far as I am concerned, He should be on Top 10 Dentist List. Wonderful experience. He is a very Gentle Dentist which is Significant when going to a Dentist which can sometimes create Anxiety in one’s Mind. There was Absolutely no pain!

My coworker informed me that i was going to love it here, and she stand on business! With that being said, I took the only appointment availability there was for a day I’ve taken off work for this.. no regrets here! I’ve enjoyed my experience here as a new patient, I needed a filling - I got a filling. Dr. Messiah, gave me a grand tour of the office, which I wasn’t expecting haha but that was sweet of him. All the staffs were so pleasant and kind, 9/10 would recommend! 🤩🤩 Definitely, will be coming back ✨

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. The office is new, spotless, modern, and has a very relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. Dr. Massiah is fantastic—he took the time to explain every detail of my exam, answered all my questions without rushing me, and truly cares about his patients. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough. The imaging for a night guard, which leveraged state of the art technology, was stress less and the outcome highly accurate. I reside out of state and travel to Smiles at Upper West Side for my dental appointments. Absolutely recommend!

Nice pleasant music in the waiting area which contains a coat rack for your clothes and nice comfortable leather sofas instead of generic chairs. Very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Just an overall enjoyable experience.

I am not just impressed by Dr. Messiah but his supporting staff and everyone who works here. The only other place that had this level of care and intentionality is my Oral Surgeon, who actually recommended this team. Worth it!! 😤
