I had to get some fillings done the same day of my intake appointment and they took every step to make me feel at home, I feel like a made a whole new set of friends! They made the dentist go from a scary place to a warm welcoming home. Upon our meeting, my intake appointment consisted of getting to know one other with stress ball in hand to make the whole experience relaxing. I am 23 so finances are tough for me, however, they took the extra time to make sure I could make the payments in a way that worked for me and my situation. Not to mention, every single staff member made sure every question I had was answered. I truly look forward to my next visit, which I never thought I would say about a dentist!

Beginning with my greeting by Blandine at the front desk, my exam with Dr. Statham, along with several assistants, to closing out with Blandine, everyone was friendly, warm and competent. I was also delighted to see so many women of color (including Dr. Statham) at this practice. This is such a rarity, sadly. Also, the space is beautiful and welcoming, and all of their equipment is made with the newest technology. I will be happy to recommend Smiles UWS to others!!

My treatment was explained to me well, and executed with minimal to no discomfort. I felt safe and extremely comfortable at this establishment and I look forward to my follow up visit.
