But, when I stepped into the beautiful, calm, relaxing atmosphere of the office, and was greeted by the friendly Professional Office staff my nerves immediately calmed. The soothing music, beautiful artwork walls and the relaxing aroma was therphy. The icing on the cake was the kind, patience, professional behavior of Shaun Massiah, DMD,PC. He explained every detail of what dental work that needed to be done. And the procedure that would be necessary. His explanation was also very relaxing..I highly recommend SMILES ON THE UPPER WEST SIDE.. You will immediately recognize Dr. Messiah, because, as he walks thru the office he has a warm, friendly, professional energy. Plus, he's tall and handsome. It was my first visit, but it certainly will not be my last. Because that was the best dental experience I've ever had. The office is so clean and high tech.
