  Worst place ever. Doctors barely help and the guy is beyond sassy! Don’t recommend. Go somewhere else before you go to this horrible place !

  I should have read the reviews before coming here. My experience was horrible and I can’t possibly recommend this place to anyone. Please go to any other urgent care or orthopedic care in NYC vicinity. They lie about wait times, they don’t have enough xray techs on staff. Took four and a half hours to have my hand checked out and it was not even that busy. I ultimately left because after four and a half hours they told me it would still be at least another half hour before they could do the CT scan.

  I only like to write positive reviews, but I thought I was the only one who thought this place sucked. Glad I avoided a huge medical bill and left. Very rude front desk. They do not know how to deal with those who have a medial emergency. Completely different from the hospital which I think is 👍🏽

  Staff were so lovely and helpful! They provided such caring and patient care and everyone we interacted with was so friendly and kind. The staff were truly exceptional.

  At approximately 3:30 pm I signed in for urgent care at this facility. There was no one else in the waiting room and I was not told that there would be any delay in being treated. I filled out the necessary documents and was brought to a small, poorly ventilated room and seen by a triage nurse who took my vitals and prompted me to keep my mask on. A short while after that another nurse entered the room and went over my medications. When asked when the doctor would be coming to see me I was not given a definitive answer. After waiting in this room for at least an hour and having been told by one of the uniformed medical staff that a doctor would be in to see me “when they are ready”, I decided to wait a few more minutes. Finally I heard conversation from the mother of a patient who arrived after me, with an attending doctor and her child was immediately seen before me. At that point in time I got dressed, told the gentleman at the front desk that I was leaving and gave him my name. When I got home I received a call from the second nurse who came to my room to find out what had happened. I told him in detail and did not even receive an explanation or apology. I would not recommend this urgent care, there are far too many other options in this city to consider
