I just took a class from Eryn, and I can't rave about it enough! It was so fun, challenging--yet achievable! She was so encouraging and gave us modifications to meet our own levels. I highly recommend you try it.

This was my first Barre class experience and it was absolutely outstanding! The format and instructions are easy to understand and the coaches are exceptional!! Loved loved loved working out with Tegan, Anna, Kelty, Meghan, Rita, Ryan to name a few. There were many times when I needed to bring my focus back and their classes always helped me get back to the present! Thank you guys, you're awesome!!
