I just took a class from Eryn, and I can't rave about it enough! It was so fun, challenging--yet achievable! She was so encouraging and gave us modifications to meet our own levels. I highly recommend you try it.

I love the variety of classes and attention to postures. I do find the tucking funny. It's great for my hips but still funny. My juvenile side

The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly and supportive, inside and outside of the studio. I am fairly new in my pure barre journey and I’ve already made some great connections with the people I’ve met in class.

i love this studio! it is bright and clean, aesthetically pleasing, and a great, cheerful, encouraging vibe. Tegan at the front desk is so friendly and somehow remembers everyones name. All of the instructors are so encouraging and friendly, they always call us out by name in class to say we are doing a great job, or correct our form so we get the most out of the movements. i have felt and seen my body change SO MUCH after 40 classes and cant wait to see my further results. I love Mary Kate, Ella, Alexa, Sara, Molly, Lisa, Kara --- those are some of my favorite instructors, but i've never taken a class here that i didn't LOVE.
