- AMAlana MilazzoMar 10, 20261.0Staff refused to see me as I was late for the appointment, but heard both doctors pick up the phone and scuff to reschedule rather than seeing me as I was the last appointment of the day.
- CWClint WatsonDec 20, 20251.0had a very disappointing experience with Richard Huynh, DO at NYU Langone Health. This was an FAA medical exam that had been scheduled weeks in advance, yet the physician was completely unprepared. He did not have the required tool to test for color blindness, which is a basic and standard part of an FAA exam. That alone should never happen for an appointment of this type. Additionally, he was unable to properly address a very common medication that I take and gave me incorrect guidance, stating that I would need to see a special FAA medical examiner. I later confirmed that this was not true and that no special examiner was required. Overall, the appointment felt rushed, poorly prepared, and misinformed. It resulted in wasted time, unnecessary stress, and incorrect direction for something that should have been straightforward and routine. I would not recommend this provider for FAA medical exams or any appointment requiring specialized preparedness.
- LCLaura CooperNov 13, 20251.0I had an absolutely horrible experience and I never even made it to their clinic. I ended up on the phone for over 30 minutes just trying to schedule an appointment. Then after searching and searching the initial evaluation was booked out three weeks and then another two weeks after that to get just get treatment (total of 5 weeks before evening getting any treatment). Then after going through hell to book the appointment, I get a call that the appointments were made incorrectly and needed to be cancelled. I think I dogged a bullet by them not even being able to schedule an appointment.

- SSSethOct 30, 20255.0Diya is such a great person! I was anxious about which frames and glasses to pick out but she would reassure me and point me in the right direction. Without Diya I wouldn't be able to see right now. Not only that but all the other staff are great as well! Shoutout Diya she was very compassionate and made me feel like I was part of her family. If I could give 20 stars I would but I can only go up to 5 haha!! Thank you Diya!
