I ran for years by myself and without any running guidance. I decided to see how much I could improve my running with professional help, and started training with Aaron at Prehab. Aaron analyzed my running form and then we did drills and exercises to improve the things I need to work on. In addition to just generally liking the variety of exercises we do (mobility, plyometrics, etc. that I would never do by myself), I just ran the Richmond Half Marathon in 1:48 - 10+ minutes faster than my previous best time and way under my goal of 1:55. Highly recommend Prehab to improve your running and avoid injury.

Had some Achilles pain so I came into Prehab and had a wonderful session. I was treated by Kyle, who is very experienced. We went through a variety of treatments and exercises to kickstart my recovery, and got great advice on how to continue my recovery at home. The facility is also amazing and has just about anything you can think of. Would recommend.

Prehab provides more than just physical therapy. I initially started going after experience a lower back injury from running. Not only has my injury significantly improved, but I also learned a ton about proper running form and what exercises are needed to maintain strength moving forward. Aaron, Alex, and team are super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This is the place to go for any serious runners in NYC!

Megan is amazing! I had a nagging shin splint and she helped me feel better and gave me tons of exercises to work on at home to improve my running form and strengthen weak spots. She got me race ready in just 8 sessions!

Everyone at Prehab has been amazing and personable. I started coming here after a sprained ankle since it's close to work, and they have been extremely helpful with getting me back to 100%. Staff is extremely flexible and welcoming. I'm not at 100% yet but I have no doubt I will be there soon thanks to the staff at Prehab.
