The manager had an odd and condescending tone and is such an unpleasant character to be around. I would never call it a “no judgment zone” with her as a manager. Many of the regular staff are kind and understanding and make the gym feel like a good place to be. I have seen the manager speak to people in such a bad way but she says it with a smile in a passive aggressive tone. You never know what people are going through so to add to someone else’s day in a negative way is awful. I’ve never been spoken to in that way before and unfortunately the ONLY reason people come is because there aren’t many gym options in the neighborhood. I hope people treat her better than she treats other people.
