  Horrible, didn’t even go back for the imaging. The girl at the front desk was yelling out what she needed across the waiting room. It would have taken 2 seconds for her to wait for me to get to the desk. If your front desk is wrong…how will the imaging be right.

  On Dec. 29th I had a bone density test here. It was my first time and reading the reviews I was hesitant. However the experience I had was nothing like the reviews! First I was checked in by Takora Faison who was personable. Then a nice technician named Pho instructed me what to do. The technician Stephanie who performed the bone density test was patient and took the time to explain the steps. I found everyone here to be professional and caring!

  I had a very similar experience here like other reviewers. I’ve been going for my yearly mammogram and ultrasound without issues elsewhere until I visited this place. Like others have mentioned, it felt as though my most recent scans weren’t properly reviewed, and instead there was confusion with prior-year imaging. Even though a benign cyst was already identified and measured, I was told I needed additional follow-up imaging that didn’t seem justified. What’s even more frustrating is that my case is now being treated as diagnostic instead of preventive, which means I’m expected to pay significant out-of-pocket costs every time I go in for a mammogram going forward, despite this being routine annual screening. This entire situation could have been avoided with better review and coordination.

  Don’t have a lot to say about the practice overall—they’re fine. This review is for the best imaging experience I’ve ever had—thanks to Lori the technician. She knew what she was doing. Following her gentle direction made everything so easy. She also made me feel very comfortable and helped me to relax for the best imaging result and a pleasant experience. I never thought I’d say that a mammogram was relaxing or pleasant! They should make a training video following her exact routine and demeanor.
