  Unfortunately, even years later I have to agree with other posts. I can never get them on the phone. They don't return calls. When we went in for our appointment they literally just looked at us. No good morning, no can I help you. Why would you leave a person at a center for Alzheimer's to figure out how to check themselves in on a tablet. Our visit with the doctor was fine. The doctor did not rush us, spent time answering our questions but also did not have the best bedside manner. I am sure the center is very nice, with dedicated teams of providers but you don't get the full benefit when the doctors and front desk staff don't know how to communicate in a caring manner. To me, for a place that focuses on alzheimer's that needs to be a very high priority.

  Communication is none existent. They do not answer the phone. They order tests - you would be better off with an individual, talented neurologist. No support for the caregivers. No help with finding support for day-to-day issues. They do answer in mychart. This could be easily replaced with an AI like ChatGBT.

  Dr. Arjun Masurkar is amazing. He has been treating my father (who has early onset Alzheimer’s) since 2017. He was able to effectively diagnose my father, while ruling out other potential conditions. He offers support for the entire family - us as caregivers and my father through the trajectory of the disease. The front desk staff is also very kind, supportive and helpful. We are so grateful for this support team.

  My mom is 85 and was seeking treatment here. The wait for an appointment is 6 months or more. She had an appointment she had to cancel, and the next available after that was a further 6 months out, even for an established patient. What is the point of offering treatment on such an absurd and unhelpful basis?
