  My son has been a patient of this place since 2013. The place changed. it used to be efficient and helpful. not any more. Recently I had an extremely unpleasant experience while try to get a form filled for my son, and the office staff and manager is not helpful at all. the whole process shows that the office is ill organized, lack of empathy, and no sense of professional responsibility. I emailed the request on Feb 13th and called to confirm the receipt of the email by the office. In reality Dr. Stern (judging from her signature) completed the form on Feb 16th. BUT every time i called the office to follow up, they told me to wait and gave me all kinds of excuses such as Dr. Stern was not in office (Feb 16th phone call)/she was seeing patients (Feb 17th)/she would have to finish it later (Feb 18th)/the form was in her box just not finished yet (Feb 20th). So all the office told me on my phone calls are lies. And they had no sense of guilt at all and acted as if they were doing their best to help me on calls made today (Feb 24th), talked condescendingly and impolitely and didn't let us finish before talking over us, or disconnected me after putting me on hold for 15 minutes. A whole week was wasted because of the office's incapacity and unprofessionalism (since Dr. Stern completed the form and we actually received the form). By the way, Dr. Stern has always been helpful and timely. Just the office is so poorly managed. What a pity!!!

  We have been coming here for the last 3 years and the staff here has been amazing all through. The doctors are very nice and patient with the kids. Highly recommended

  I visited this clinic for my daughter. Despite sending her complete medical records weeks in advance, the doctor apparently did not review them, resulting in my daughter receiving an unnecessary vaccine. When I requested an itemized statement for the payment I made, I discovered a crucial vaccine my daughter was supposed to receive was missing. After contacting the clinic, they assured me she had received it and subsequently added it to the statement. The final statement is highly confusing and inconsistent, making it nearly impossible for my insurance reimbursement. For instance, some vaccines show an administration fee while others do not. I have spent an entire week dealing with this situation. The clinic has been non-responsive to emails and phone calls, forcing me to visit the office three times. The overall lack of responsiveness and the unprofessional attitude I received from staff only added to the stress. As a result of this single visit, we have: A medical error (one unnecessary vaccine). Uncertainty regarding a necessary vaccine. A chaotic billing statement that cannot be used for reimbursement. I have lived in many countries and have never experienced such a level of disorganization and negligence in a medical setting. I wanted to share this experience as a warning.

  I’m a mother of 6, 3 of my babies have been coming here for 6 years now since birth. I work in the medical field and this place comes highly recommended. I’ve had no issues in the past great office care and great physicians BUT I’ve been noticing a slight decline in physician care. And a lot of new physicians. Today I took my daughter for a sick care appointment with the nurse practitioner and at first her bedside manner wasn’t the greatest. Which fine. But then we still haven’t got our medication sent to the correct pharmacy after nearly 4 hours and I communicated to her while I was there to which pharmacy to send it to several times. Now I’m being told I have to wait till she’s finished seeing patients to send in the RX which my pharmacy will probably be closed and my child has pneumonia it’s an actual serious medication. Usually I’m very understanding but I can tell a slight decline in this office. If you go just see the actual MDs. Dr holowitz of course and Dr stern are my favorite ( Dr DiMaggio was my favorite but no longer practices there) . Not a fan of the new physicians. I drive almost two hours so my kids can come here cause that’s how much I trusted this place but won’t be seeing the NP ever again.

  We’ve been taking our daughter to see Dr. Natale at Pediatrics Associates since she was born and we couldn’t be happier with her care. Dr. Natale is warm, encouraging, and an excellent listener, an especially important trait when it comes to all the concerns a first time parent might have. The office is very responsive, and the entire staff of nurses and doctors are friendly and professional. We hope to keep Dr. Natale as our pediatrician for as long as we can!!
