The worst administration in a medical field
How my son Logan Vargas has surgery 1 year ago and you cancel his appointment over 3 times and yet to see a doctor to check or remove his ear plugs after 2 year and counting.. lawsuit is what’s next

I've been attended by NYU specialists for over a decade. The Otolaryngology department was the final nail in the coffin. Its entire healthcare practice is completely impersonal. For a minor issue I saw a PA who recommended I see a Dr who after a 6 month wait told me the results of a sleep study I had already read, essentially said their was nothing further they could do, and referred me to other specialists. Waste of time, but NYU got its $$ and that's what counts.

I had three appointments scheduled back to back with 3 different specialists at NYU Otolaryngology and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a Dr's office. Every single person I interacted with, from the front desk staff, to each of the specialists: Esther Cohn, Erin Bean & Sabrina Tarafdar, were all friendly, patient, professional, and attentive. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes between appointments and I left feeling very grateful for the experience. I would highly recommend NYU Otolaryngology Associates to anyone in need of this type of care.

I had an appointment on 8/17/2020 for 3:30 to see Maria Casey PA I arrived at 3:15 as they requested to fill out paperwork. There were only a few people waiting so I thought that was a good sign but I was wrong. The nurse who put me in the exam room took my medical history and blood pressure she was NOT wearing gloves. She said that the PA would be right with me, she left and closed the door. There was no smell of disinfectant or alcohol leading me to believe the exam chair had not been cleaned between patients. I waited in a closed room (which we all know is not good right now due to the central air conditioning recirculating through the office) after 45 minute and no doctor in sight I walked out as I exited through the waiting room I noticed it was empty. I do not recommend this practice
