This was my first time so I was very nervous but he walked me through and explained everything to me. Carlos was very patient with all my needs and tried to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. They appeared bothered just because I asked where the bathroom was. I’ve been to different NYU clinics and have never experienced that level of rudeness. Phlebotomist had an attitude as well.
