- SJSamantha JacobsNov 26, 20251.0Made an appointment for blood work this morning at 8:15, but nobody opened the lab until 9:40 (after the printer maintenance guy called the supervisor at 9, because he was also waiting). Their sign says they're open from 8 - 4 , but nobody was there. I called Northwell, and they said the website says they open st 8:30. Either way, they didn't open for another hour! I couldn't come back another day, because I need the bloodwork for an upcoming doctor appointment, so I had to show up late to work even though I got up early for this bloodwork. There was no apology when the person eventually showed up.
