  I entered the building at 30 7 th Avenue NY, NY to get blood work done. As I entered there were 2 people sitting at the front desk, an older woman with very dark weird eyebrows and a young man. When asked where I was going I clearly said to get blood work done from the lab. They both directed me through the wrong door to emergency. When I was told I was in the wrong office I left . As I came out both the receptionist and the guard began yelling at me stating that I told them I was going to emergency. The man called me a liar and keep repeating it. Both were very unprofessional, and rude. I have never felt so attacked by a receptionist and a guard. Why would a medical facility have people with such horrible attitude. If I’m walking in a medical facility is because I’m not well and to be treated like that was horrible.The office I needed to go was down the hall the guard continued to talk loud about the incident . He stood by the glass glaring and laughing at me. I took his picture. I was well taken care of by the nurse who took my blood.

  Super fast even without an appointment (at least when i am there). Painless phlebotomist. Only complaint is it shuts at 1 pm for ER to use.
