The behavior of the reception staff today was absolutely unacceptable. They were, without question, the rudest individuals ever encountered in a professional setting. There was not even a basic greeting or acknowledgment when my father approached the desk.
My father is an older man who was simply confused about the check-in process and politely asked for assistance. Instead of helping him, the receptionists raised their voices at him , yell at him and refused to leave their chairs to provide even the most minimal support. When he calmly asked them not to yell and requested help, they continued to respond with hostility and offered no assistance whatsoever. Was it really too much to ask to help him? Was it too hard to show basic decency to an elderly man who was simply asking for guidance
The way they treated a senior was appalling, disrespectful, and deeply concerning. No elderly person should be spoken to in that manner, especially in a place that is supposed to provide care and support.
Front desk staff are the first impression of any organization. Employing individuals who display such a lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency reflects extremely poorly on your establishment. This experience was not only disappointing — it was disturbing.
