  The office made sure I was aware of the appointment. Staff were courteous and professional. Did not wait long for Dr. Fan to see me. His associate was really nice and prompt. Dr. Fan was such a pleasure. Listened to me about my ear pain issue. Looked into my ears and identified the issue. Explained my options and we went ahead with one of them. Dr. Fan is professional, but really nice and thoughtful. He spent some time with me. And made sure I understood what was the issue. The procedure Dr. Fan did on me was done quickly and with minimal fuss. A scheduled follow-up visit was schedule. I am a patient going forward! Thanks Dr. Fan and staff. ✌🏽💗🙏🏽

  This office will cancel your appointment with no reasoning and not inform you. Had I not called to confirm day of, I would have showed up to the office only to be told my appointment was cancelled.
