  Very disappointing experience. A Muslim patient wearing a hijab was told to leave and reschedule her appointment because she was only 5 minutes late. However, another patient who arrived more than 30 minutes late was still allowed to proceed normally. This kind of inconsistent treatment raises serious concerns about fairness and possible discrimination. Healthcare providers must treat all patients equally, with respect and professionalism. Management should seriously review the policies and staff conduct at this location.

  Dr. Kinsey and the staff here are amazing. Super helpful and informative, and ready to take any calls whenever. Could not ask for a better OBGYN

  This is the most terrible OBGYN clinical ever. They keep the patient waiting long. Short of stuff , terrible appointment system. Mess up with all schedules. Highly not recommende!

  Please go else where ! If you care for your health do not come here. They literally would wait until you die or something to take anything serious ! . Getting in touch with a doctor about test results is impossible. The from desk says they’ll leave a message for them to call you back but they never do. It also took them 2 months to fill out paper work for my maternity leave ! I truly hate this place

  One of the worst places I’ve ever ever been. The place is super small. The staff is not as attentive as you may want them to be. They literally forget about you once they call you into the room. The medical assistants don’t seem to have a lot of training and might even be on an internship. The resident isn’t even on site. Every single prescription they sent to my pharmacy, I find out at the time of pick up that it is not covered by my insurance. I always have to fight with them to get the proper medication that my insurance covers so I could take it. The doctors are only on site from Monday to Wednesday so if you have a problem with anything Wednesday after 4:30 you’re out of luck. You need to wait until Monday. Also, they don’t come into the office until 1:00 PM. To get ahold of doctor is like pulling teeth. It took me a whole week to even speak with a doctor, which is a damn shame. Go somewhere else because this office is not it.
