  Unresponsive, impossible to get scheduled, formulaic disinterested doctor caring only about ordering tests and writing prescriptions. But you can't get a simple prescription refill whether the pharmacy reaches out, you call the office, or speak to the oncall. Apps and email don't get through. Terrible.

  This is the worse department in all of NYC! I’m post stroke. -unable to get hold of my doctor for a MONTH, no one called me after discharge. -sent me home with a list of tests to get done outside of the hospital YEt their “assistants” didn’t submit any notes to insurance to grant the tests. - spoke with department director multiple times to get an appointment YET they never followed up. - I’d rather die than to ever set a foot on this hospital// or be treated by any of their doctors ever again. - Go get your care elsewhere, they don’t care about their patients, ONLY money!
