  Terrible experience with this office, the person in charge for Dr. Isabella Bergagnini is so rude and incompetent. she send me wrong orders and schedule wrong my appointment. She don’t let you talk and is rude. Why employees like her are working with patients when it’s evident they don’t like the job. Make a favor to the patient and yourself to do something different and stop to disrespect the patient

  When I never thought I would feel discriminated and mistreated as a patient, it happened to me in this office with Amber. She is the office assistant for Dr. Bergagnini and apparently others doctors. Amber scheduled my appointment at the same time as other patients, reduced my consultation time to 10 minutes.After the consultation, no one from the office contacted me to schedule my tests. I've been calling for several days, and she never gives me a specific appointment having in consideration my medical problems. She left me on the phone for hours, even when the office is closed. She makes me wait and then just at 6pm I realize the office was close one hour ago. I respectfully questioned her attitude today and she ended up yelling at me and hanging up the phone. I fell scare to contact the office again because of her. I try to contact the office manager,Pamela since Wednesday, leaving messages hoping she can resolve this situation, but she's never available and never responds or contact me.This situation is causing me terrible anxiety and trauma because I can't get a timely diagnosis if I have something serious

  This is a poorly run medical practice. The follow up is horrible. I has a blood test which took a month for them to get back to me with the results and suggested a telehealth appointment which used the Northwell Health platform. After downloading the necessary app and following all directions on the link, no one called me. Dr. Neal Gambhr was supposed to make contact but never did nor did I get a phone call to reschedule. Call the office and no one answered (they never do and even the Northwell admin who set this up for me acknowledged that they never pick up the phone). Can't navigate away from the screen and provider never makes contact. Go elsewhere.
