  Dr. Steven Sivak is incredible. I saw him last March and never felt rushed. The front desk is always friendly, and Tiana was especially patient and helpful when I called with lots of questions. They’re booked out, but it’s easy to see why. My perspective on doctor visits have changed lol

  Dr. Patel and the staff have given me great service every time I’ve been to this location. They are patient and make an effort to make you comfortable and ensure that your needs are taken care of. I think it can get a little busy at this location sometimes and maybe that’s why there’s other negative reviews?

  If you want a bad experience, go here. Walk in late and they’ll deny you entry. Rude staff won’t help you even with an empty waiting room. Find a different Northwell Office this isn’t the one.
