I received an email from the front desk Cinthya on 10/14, without addressing my name and say hi, just asked to call back.
I called and someone else picked the call, I asked if I can get an earlier appointment than 11/19, she said will check and call me back, but after 6 days, never call back, while the 11/19 appointment on the portal was booked away by others. They did not pay attention to the promised call back.
I emailed Cinthya on 10/21, mentioned no call back and if she can check if my Aetna covers colposcopy, she emailed back without addressing my name, just give out the instructions not in a polite way. This is far from the basic courtesy. I don't expect they take me as the god, but I am a customer. This is not pleasant.
Now yesterday on 11/4, I called to reschedule an appointment, they said will check if any earlier one and will call me back. Till today, no call.
I called them, the front desk found another excuse for their team. Say they are busy. and they don't have an earlier appointment. No earlier is fine, but pls call me back once you have the answer, so I dont need to see the available appointment on the portal slips away due to the long waiting.
The other problem is they refused to check if my insurance covers the visit, ask me to check by myself. And can't wait to hang off the phone.
They should have this function, since they are more professional than customer to understand these medical terms. If they dont do it, there will be a case they do the work, and bill customer unexpected bills after the check.
Doctor is professional and patient according to my experience, but the front desk does not do a high-standard job.
