  I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the receptionist I spoke with on July 7, 2025, at the 1421 3rd Ave, 5th Floor office in New York, NY 10028. I called twice that day- once in the morning and again around 4:21 PM - regarding a prescribed medication from a perfectly pleasant doctor's visit the previous week. For my second call, the receptionist was instantly annoyed, stating, "I know you called here this morning." I responded, "I'm wondering if I can receive any clarity on the next steps for my prescription. It wasn't that clear after our last call." I always strive to be polite and understanding. This experience just left me feeling hopeless.
