  While my treatment was fine, I cannot in good faith recommend Northwell to anyone who isn't ready for their appointments to be cancelled and rescheduled seemingly arbitrarily. Both times I've had an appointment with Northwell, I've received a phone call, with the appointment less than a week away, telling me that whichever doctor I was supposed to see is gone for whatever reason and I'll need to reschedule. Their schedulers are then unhelpful and rude. If you're planning on missing work/school or traveling for your appointment, be warned that their doctors might vanish with no notice. I split my time between NYC and another city and have had to reschedule flights (for an impressive fee) twice now. I've only had two in-person appointments, so the fact that this has happened both times is honestly impressive.

  This one star is for my experience with talking to Anna from the scheduleing dept who really needs a vacation or she's just not happy with her job! The doctors are amazing it's sad you have to put up with rude people at times to get to the right people.
