  I came in with a laceration on my face because I had tripped on something. I was seen right away and it was determined I needed stitches. A CT of my head was also done as well as a chest X-ray. I was all set to go home when they told me my scan results would prevent that. I was immediately taken to a trauma center. I received great care and the staff I dealt with was kind and compassionate. My experience was 5 stars!

  You have to request to get your own scans, and when they give them to you, it’s on a CD — in 2025. No USB option, no download link. I had to buy an external CD drive just to access my own files, and the included viewer software doesn’t even work on Mac. Very outdated process.

  Such a horrible and disappointing experience yesterday at the ER where we were met with dismissive and condescending remarks. As one doctor commented, “How should I know? I’m not a urologist.”” People go to the ER because of that very reason. It’s an emergency and they need immediate care. The doctors seemed to have a very discriminatory attitude. It was a complete waste of time and left there feeling the same way I came in…not having any answers. Thank you for the dehumanizing experience!!
