  Exceptional care and service from every single employee I encountered at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. The nursing staff, doctors, and administrative staff were all completely AMAZING! Bravo to your team!!

  I had sinus/tear duct surgery on March 6, 2026 and had a wonderful experience. From Joan at registration, Mala in pre op and Donna in recovery. Just an amazing caring group of professionals! And of course hands down to my surgical team, Dr. Tong, Dr Coombs, Dr. Drexler, Vanessa and Amanda!!!

  I recently had several procedures with Dr. Matthew Miller at MEETH. I'm still healing but am already on Cloud 9. Mark my words: Dr. Miller may be at the start of his career but he’s already at the top of his game and sure to explode in the field. No joke, I think his work (already) rivals the flashy, famous NYC docs charging 150-200k etc, for facelifts. I can't wait to say I knew him when! He is a consummate professional and straight shooter, confident, assured, concise, meticulous, while at the same time humble and kind. He has been totally accessible and available during every phase from consult and prep to surgery and post op. I cannot recommend him, the entire staff or the program at MEETH highly enough!!! (Special shout out to Milady at the front desk, Nurse Yelena, and Anesthesiologist Dr. Moby.) As soon as I'm fully healed maybe I'll be brave enough to post my before and afters. PS One word of advice for pple on this journey - do a ton of research and get multiple consults as you should — but ultimately go with your gut. It's not about the price tag or TikTok or Instagram or even patient reviews. A doctor can charge a gazillion dollars and claim to be an aesthetic genius but if you don't like the vibe, trust it. Consider aspects like procedure setting (rented surgical space, hospital OR, provider office etc) and decide what’s best for you. Research different types of anesthesia, your doctor's training, demeanor, knowledge base, and even the way he/she/they interact with other staff. it's all important, it all adds up, and the choice will become clear!!

  Be careful when signing consent forms. Your surgeon may be someone you've never met. I chose my surgeon, Dr. Perrone, after multiple consultations in private practice and trusted that he would personally perform my procedure. I was never informed that a resident would practice her skills during my surgery. Dr.Perrone took advantage of my condition of fatigue, dehydration, cold in the pre-op room, plus surgery was being delayed, I was exhausted from waiting. He handed me tablet with a signature box open and said, “This is the consent for surgery,” without reviewing the contents or explaining what I was authorizing.When I entered the operating room, he ordered the staff not to speak to me because I was scared, which sounded rude and inhumane. Later, I discovered—only by reviewing my own medical record—that an inexperienced resident, Brittany Flores, performed a surgery while I was under general anesthesia. I was not introduced to her. Her level of training was not disclosed. No one confirmed that I knowingly agreed to her involvement. I have serious concerns about Brittany Flores’ ethics and professional judgment. Participating in surgery without the patient’s knowledge is unprofessional and unethical. Starting a medical career by lying and performing procedures on an unconscious patient shows a shocking disregard for patient safety, trust, and autonomy. This behavior puts every future patient of hers at risk. There is no place for such a doctor in medicine. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. The electronic consent also included authorization for the taking and use of surgical pictures for educational purposes, which Dr. Perrone never discussed with me. This action is contrary to my religion and faith. This experience destroyed my trust and raised serious concerns.

  I recently had surgery and was very nervous. I got so lucky with my care team, I can't recommend them enough. Nurse Rhonda and Nurse Lilliana were so personable and caring. Anesthesiologist Dr. Chan was kind and walked me through everything so I wasn't stuck in my head. I wish I remembered the names of the other nurses and surgical assistants because they all deserve shoutouts too. There was also good communication with my loved ones in the waiting room.
