I also work with Alex after to pick out the right glasses frames and she gave me a whole lot of different options and choices and really worked with me for a good long amount of time to be able to support my needs and eventually came together to come up with the right approach for me. She was an excellent customer service person, and I certainly appreciate her support and help and explanation throughout the entire process.

The eye test was conducted incorrectly, and he behaved as if we were unworthy of his time or expertise. Additionally, the charges were excessive. I would advise potential customers to consider other options to avoid poor service and overpricing.
