- AKArman KarshenasFeb 21, 20261.0Had a very poor experience here - I wanted a frame in a color that they did not have in the store so I asked if they could take the measurement so I could place the order online but the lady who was working there yanked the glasses off my face. Then they charged me extra for having a $600 frame shipped to my apartment again despite the online store not charging for shipment and after 7 days of waiting after the glasses were delivered to the store, I had to go and pick them up. The staff told me that they forgot to ship it and then when I asked for a refund on the shipment cost, they could not process it so I had to wait for a check! I am definitely not coming back - stick to a good Dr and order prescriptions online!
