    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my eye appointment this past Sunday, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. Everyone was smiling, respectful of my time, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt taken care of. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. My eye doctor made the experience especially great. For the first time, I felt like the appointment was truly collaborative. He listened to my concerns and goals, took my feedback seriously, and worked with me to find the best prescription for what I actually needed. It never felt forced or one-sided. Overall, an easy five-star experience. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for all future appointments.

    The doctor was clinically thorough and attentive, but Bryant maintained a consistently condescending and commercially oriented manner throughout the visit. When I requested a copy of my medical note to be emailed, the doctor told me to ask the associate. The associate then told me, “That’s not how it works — it must go through a third party.” When I asked the doctor again, she said it was “because of HIPAA.” I explained that, as the patient, I was requesting my own medical documentation, and there is no legal basis for requiring third-party approval. Their responses reflected misinformation about HIPAA and created unnecessary barriers to my access to my own records. In addition, there was a Black Friday sale on frames, which I asked about because the discount was not applied to my item. The lady at the front desk had previously explained that all frames — except Prada and two other premium brands — were 50% off. However, Bryant told me the discount “doesn’t apply when using insurance” and began lecturing me that “it’s more economical to choose the insurance benefit.” This contradicts what I was told initially and felt dismissive and commercial rather than patient-centered. I was simply trying to understand pricing, yet the response I received was condescending and inconsistent with the information I had been given
