Most rude, disgusting, and entitled receptionist currently walking the face of the earth. I hope her $15 an hour wage is worth the lost business to the company over her deplorable attitude. Called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment to "confirm" it and tell me I had to complete paperwork that was never sent to me. You think they, like any other professional practice, would confirm appointments 12-24 hours ahead, not 30 minutes. Then tried to gaslight me about my insurance information because of missing records in their system--while I was in my insurance portal looking at the records myself. But according to the receptionist at Lenscrafters, they don't exist. Had previously used LensCrafters for exams for years but with this treatment of a paying customer on top of the constant up-sell tactics I would rather give my money to a local business that employs professionals, rather than this chain who is comfortable employing rude unsocialized people with no decorum in customer service positions.

Walked in on a whim and the staff at the desk was very helpful, and then Ifeoma adjusted and cleaned my frames and they are better than they’ve ever been

Ifeoma was super helpful. She welcomed me warmly and walked me through the process and what to expect. Even recommended the frames I ended up going with. She's a gem. Dr. Hamza was equally professional and pleasant in his assessment and demeanor. Got in and out within my one-hour scheduled slot.

My father broke the rim of his glasses within hours of boarding a flight, which would have been a huge nightmare, and the whole LensCrafters team couldn’t have been more helpful in solving our problem. Our optician Ifeoma understood the urgency and took care of the glasses right away. She fixed the glasses in about 15 minutes and this service was free of charge. This was my first time visiting a lenscrafters store and I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know. We are very grateful for Ifeoma and the team.

He didn’t even charge me … He is a lifesaver… career saver … my super glasses hero !!!! Also the other people in the store are lovely friendly and have an awesome vibe … i highly recommend it to anyone who needs any eye glass needs… Laura Corcos Oatts
Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique
How do I know if my child needs glasses?
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
