It was a sight (pun intended) to see Andrew confidently and excitedly work on them like a first-class chef in a brand new kitchen. True, he started off by giving a disclaimer that the store offers no warranty, though that was likely said in jest as it was clear the spectacles were in the hands of a master, an artist, a craftsman. That last syllable is worth a new paragraph, as when I asked him how much I owed, he said, "nothing." This man was satisfied with a much more valuable commodity: Pride in his work and the appreciation of a customer. To the flunky in "Management" reading this and discerning that no money was transacted, consider that I am much more likely to buy from you in the future based on this experience. Thank you, Andrew.
