They don’t have anymore a lab so you have to give them your current pair. It took them more than 2w to get the new order. I didn’t receive any message and I was waiting, waiting to get any news. I stop by the store and they received it one week ago. Also the new pair was not fitting correctly and the sales person was not able to do anything. They need their specialist in Store to do it. So again it will be another trip. Avoid Lenscrafter’s location if they don’t have a lab!
