We used them for about 7 - 8 months for 24x7 service and there was not a single that she was not covered. We did not have to worry about her medications, eating, laundry or light cleaning. I was sorry we had to move on because I think some of the carers developed a good relationship, and even with early dementia, she came to know them too. They also have a very large "back office" team who are always available for questions or problems.
