  I called for an explanation of a statement I received. I could not get an explanation for some charges and the balance due. They advised me they had sent out 4 statements last year, which I didn't receive, and I would have to wait for the insurance company to pay their share before I get another bill from them! Not very helpful answering my questions. The representative did apologize that their system was not easier to understand for the patient.

  After Covid, we had to restart our ophthalmology practice. We originally had seven to nine in office billers , but it was hard to restart the whole group , especially as the hospitals poached our best employees. Terry’s group stepped in , and the only regret is that I should have used them earlier. What a relief for me not to worry about keeping up worth all the new rules , denials , employee problems . He deserves 6 stars !!!

  We are so grateful to ECBC's fabulous team! They have been great taking care of most of the RCM part of our medical practice. Terry is incredibly good to work with especially resolving any issues. He helped us build our practice from the very beginning. I cannot say enough positive things about this group. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

  Very efficiently run billing company! Staff at ECBC are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They increased our insurance collection and decreased our staffing burden. I highly recommend Eye Care Billing Consultant!
