worst experience. i visited on 11/10 and was supposed to receive email prescription in 2 days. I didnt. I called Monday 11/17, they said will send. I called Tuesday 11/18 twice, each time waited on call for 7 and 9 minutes. Then they sent me the wrong prescription, the glass in lieu of Contacts. i never wanted glass.

The place is located in a convenient and accessible area of NYC. The service is amazing. It didn’t take me long before I met Dr. Lee who did an amazing job with the exam. After 2 years wearing the same glasses, she was really helpful in updating my prescription according to the latest standards.
