The eye exam and order process was simple and easy. I have ordered both glasses and contact lenses from this location. Both times went WEEKS without contact while waiting for my order. When I called to follow up, they said that both times i was contacted. I was not. I received neither call, voicemail, or text message and had verified my contact info. Either someone at this location says they have contacted their customers when they have not, or there is something wrong with the system. Either way i will not be ordering from here again given the WEEKS LONG delay both times.

Great experience. Doctor and staff were all kind and my visit was thorough. Even on a Saturday I was taken in promptly with hardly any wait time. I will be back next year for my annual visit!

Why should I get an eye exam?

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses.
