I had a scheduled appointment but arrived a little early, yet I was seen with minimal wait time. Both the Tech (whose name I didn't get) and Dr. Maria Rodriguez were very professional, friendly, and thorough. My entire appointment went smoothly and excellently. One of the best experiences I've ever had! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10!! A special mention of Assistant Manager Nadaesha who assisted me. She was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. Clearly loves what she does. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LENSCRAFTERS! 100%!!!!!
