They kept insisting that I had never been there before, even though I’ve been a patient at this location for nearly 10 years. When I finally saw the doctor, she immediately confirmed that she had all my previous records and knew I’d been a longtime patient. Not a single apology from the front staff for their mistake, just business as usual. After my exam, I got my prescription and quietly left. I’ve always purchased my eyeglasses here, but this experience left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. I’ve had great visits in the past, but this one really made me rethink where I’ll be going for future care.

My exam started on time and I was finished within 45 minutes of arrival; I would have given a rating of "5" except that Lenscrafters has not removed AARP from the list of organizations offered a discount. If you don't offer a discount or only certain locations do (an annoying marketing strategy), remove AARP from the website immediately. I also wasn't told how to read the Rx description given to me by Dr. Broder. I think it says that the strength of "readers" I need is +2.50 but I am not sure. Thank you.

I only have one pair of frames and was told at the initial appointment that when the lenses were ready I could come in and wait for the lenses to be put in the frame. This did not happen. Once the lenses arrived I was told that it would take 1-4 hours(no guarantee) or I would have to pick them up the next day. I did not receive the message that my lenses were ready because my mailbox was full and message was not left. This took place on 9/25 and no one tried to leave a message again. I finally called to inquire on 10/15. I was disappointed that so little effort was made to reach me knowing that I did not receive a message. Text and email could have been used to reach me as an alternative.
