  Always a lovely experience! Tasdia the dental assistant is incredibly sweet and talented. She makes a dentist visit feel personalized and is always very quick and careful.

  Be extra careful about the predatory and unethical billing practices at Coliseum Dental. I strongly advise everyone to check your billed codes and refuse to be led into private rooms for a pressure sign-on. (Note that they tend to be very defensive about negative reviews, which reflects how you will be treated in the office). My experience: 1. After I expressed concern over a $14K treatment plan, two billing staff moved me into a small, private room to "close" the deal. They pressured me to sign on the spot, even claiming, "if we charge less than this amount, we will be making a fraud." It was an intimidating and unprofessional experience. 2. They added a $1,600 service that was clinically incompatible with my current plan. When caught the amount increase, they blamed "insurance deductible changes", which is a blatant lie to hide a duplicate service. When I pointed out the medical conflict, staff simply asked, "Do you need to remove it?" showing zero clinical knowledge. 3. I went in for just a consultation appointment, and before my consultation, they attempted to make me sign for the entire treatment plan. After I declined, they pushed me to sign for a high-revenue CT scan with my consultation before a diagnosis was even established. My doctor actually canceled it, acknowledging it was unnecessary until I decide to proceed with the treatment. 4. I found they attempted to bill for a code that was not performed or discussed during my visit. My insurance denied the claim. Do not sign anything that you are not aware of. If you see fraudulent billed codes or misconduct, you can report them to: 1) your insurance; 2) the New York State Board for Dentistry; 3) the New York Attorney General’s Health Care Bureau and 4) BBB.

  Such a great experience. Everyone in the office was kind, patient, and explained everything so clearly to me! My cleaning was great. The doctor was thorough and kind. And the front desk team is SO nice! Recommend!

  The staff are very professional, the environment is very pleasant and comfortable. My hygienist was excellent and very friendly and caring. This was the first time Dr. Fong had done my exam, and he was very friendly and accessible. Coliseum Dental provides quality dental treatment and the staff go above and beyond to be friendly and welcoming.
