I recently had a visit where they had to take 3 x-rays of the same tooth because they just couldn't seem to get the image they needed. They then charged me for this. I complained and they said they would remove it, but then I received my insurance bill and it turns out that they were out of network. Their website says they take Anthem. I have Anthem, and I gave my card before the visit to ensure that they took my insurance. Turns out that the specific plan that I have was not in network with them, and I now owe hundreds of dollars for the visit. They have people who just do insurance. This is unacceptable!
