  Edit: I also want to share a disappointing interaction I experienced on 3/1/2026. While I was having a private, respectful conversation with instructor Michael and another member, a manager (Erica) abruptly interrupted without introducing herself, spoke in a rude and condescending tone, and responded defensively. The interaction felt unprofessional and discouraging, especially when members were simply expressing support for a valued instructor. The studio risks losing loyal members over decisions like this. I hope the studio reconsiders how it engages with both its staff and community. —— I’m giving this studio three stars out of frustration. There are currently no other challenging instructors I can take. Tara and Hydia have left, and it’s disappointing not having options for truly advanced classes. I leave work early once a week just to attend Michael’s class. He’s the most challenging instructor I’ve ever had, and the only one whose classes I take. He genuinely practices what he teaches, and that motivates me every single class. Michael is a 10/10 instructor and the main reason I keep coming back. The staff are friendly, which I appreciate, but it would be amazing to have more advanced instructors to rotate with. If you want a class that truly pushes you, Michael is unmatched!🤍 P.S. When I first started in 2022, freezing a class due to going out of town was a one-time $15 fee and could be waived. Later it became non-waivable, which is fine, but in 2025 it increased to $35 per month paused. So if you’re away for two months, that’s $70 just to pause your membership. Two changes, but a big jump.

  Took a class on Tuesday night with Keilaa and it was one of the best. I’m familiar with reformer classes but her level of attentiveness and teaching style was next level. She is so knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire class and it was a challenging class. I felt amazing after and will definitely be taking her class again!

  Took an 11am class today with a friend. Don’t remember the instructors name. My second time taking a Pilate class and I have to say the instructor was not helpful at all! My friend and I were struggling a bit through the class and he didn’t care. He didn’t even try to help or give us advice on what should we be doing.He looked bored and annoyed. Never again.

  Great center with great instructors. It’s very clean and organized, and everyone’s very nice and helpful. So far I have took classes with 5-6 different instructors and every single one has been great.

  It was my first time taking a pilates class. I truly enjoyed the experience. Nadia and Tara were kind and informative.
