Amazing facility BUT - the "lifeguarding" is dangerously negligent. Lifeguards are primarily conducting pool attendant duties -- checking swimmers in on a tablet, cleaning up, chatting with patrons, etc., and otherwise can be seen on their phones or on the tablet, staring off in the distance, eating, leaving the pool entirely. It's variable - to be fair, some are as attentive as possible given their responsibilities and never touch their phones, while some are very lax. But it's ultimately CPF's responsibility, as they're required by law and lifeguard certification standards to be SCANNING THE POOL AT ALL TIMES, NO EXCEPTIONS. You can't save a swimmer in distress if you don't see them. Less attention to the cucumber-scented towels and more on proper staffing (e.g. half-hour shifts, then trade off, don't give the lifeguard *any* other responsibilities - this is the industry standard) and supervision to ensure basic safety, please, CPF.

Receptionist was really abnoxious.abd not helping at all, just to see the gym and btw swimming pool is one weeek closed in December 2025, I decided not to go there.
1st we were waiting for her to register us like long, then she says she needs our IDs, (?) For what ? To show us a club briefly for 10 min, then she handed us the QR code to file some security waifer or smth (?) For what ? I just wanted to see a swim pool ;) ecen if its broken now;))) then of course QR code didnt work out as there is no wifi there:)) in the middle of our talk with her she started to attend other ppl who obviously were more important to her to talk to than us and finally we left as QR code for waiver was not loading as bldg obviously not connected much to wifi. So this is no-go gym , u do not reccomend it!

The best Gym in New York right now. You can never regret it. The facility is A1. The classes offered are not comparable to any other gym. You have to try Duant’s Core and Glutes class and Vlad’s boxing. Lost 89 lbs at this gym. At the front desk, David is a phenomenal leader and has a team that makes you feel like family. Super cool environment and worth every penny.
