  I had a really great experience at this podiatry office and would absolutely recommend it. Joy, the technician, was especially kind and made me feel comfortable right away. She was attentive, easy to talk to, and helped the whole visit feel relaxed. The doctor was also very approachable and genuinely kind. I came in with a sports injury that had been bothering me for months, and within just a few appointments we were able to get it fully resolved. I really appreciated how clearly things were explained and how supported I felt throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience - professional, warm, and effective care.

  Dr. Schaeffer is one of a kind. In a world where doctors are stuck in the cycle of overbooking and spending so much of their time dealing with the insurance, we are all accustomed to being rushed through appointments, not seen and not heard. Dr. Schaeffer is refreshingly unique. I was listened to, and not just at the first consult. My concerns are taken seriously and addressed (no matter how minute or seemingly silly). Dr. Schaeffer actually wants your input on the process and your progress. The follow up and check-ins by Dr. Schaeffer is something I have never experienced with any doctor. The staff at the practice are clearly following Dr. Schaeffer’s example. Very patient, kind, extremely responsive to messages, and just wonderful. Results. My feet are different feet! Not only are they PRETTY, but I had so many issues stemming from the bunions; leg and foot cramping, my gait, my carriage, the very way I was holding my body and walking. I feel a vast improvement in all of these areas. I didn’t realize at first that when I finally found Dr. Schaeffer that I had been wearing sneakers exclusively for four years! Aesthetically, I am so looking forward to wearing flip flops again! And letting my feet breathe in hot weather and not be encased in sneakers will make such a difference in my life. We get so used to living with things as they are, but in some cases, it's not necessary. Things can be fixed, changed, and improved. It is a truly rare experience that this level of attentiveness is consistent, especially once a procedure or surgery is completed. Dr. Schaeffer is the most attentive, caring, patient-focused doctor I have encountered. Thank you, Dr. Schaeffer!

  I never thought I needed a podiatrist, until it became painfully obvious I did. And then, more by chance than anything else, I discovered Central Park Sole and Dr. Schaeffer. Everything about my experience there--the lovely space, the soothing vibe, and the friendly, capable care--was first-rate. I recommend them highly and look forward to them helping me take better care of my feet,
