I switched to Brisman Dental after declining care at another office and I am so glad that I did! The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and really cared both about the health of my teeth and further education about my teeth and oral hygiene. I am excited for my next visit in a way I’ve never been with a dentist!

I came into Brisman Dental for an emergency broken tooth, and a secondary problem which Dr. Jason Brisman found to be of more concern. Dr. Brisman proceeded to take care of the problem, explained each step and was very knowledgeable in his treatment. His calming kind manner puts you at ease. His staff was very competent and friendly. The office was clean, welcoming and very calming with modern equipment. I will be returning to complete my treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Brisman.

Literally the only dentist and office I’ve ever liked. The Dr and front desk are accommodating, empathetic, look out for the patients best interest, and aren’t trying to upsell anything. Can’t recommend enough

Not recommended. I had two consultations with them and I must say that I am very disappointed with the treatment I received. On my first visit, I went there only to inquire about changing a crown, but Dr. David mentioned that he could also take care of my gum issue. I was surprised, because on Zocdoc it says he is only a prosthodontist, but sure I let him take the lead. He brought in Dr. Jason, which is his son, to talk about all the ways he could help with my gum issue. I was convinced. They asked me to follow up in six weeks.
On my second appointment, Dr. David walked in looking upset and impatient, not sure why. Dr. Jason was supposed to see me too, but somehow he did not even bother to show up even though he was in the clinic on that day.
I took the CT scan which he instructed me to take, and after looking at the CT scan, Dr. David said that this case is out of his league and that it is a difficult case. He said there is a bone loss surrounding the dental implant and therefore he is not able to help with the gum work. He also said I need an oral surgeon. Now he walked back on his claim that he and his son are oral surgeons.
What makes me even more surprised is, on the first consult, his son already predicted that there is a bone loss surrounding the implant and that they need to do both bone graft and gum graft. Now that the scan shows exactly that, they took back all the fancy magic they claimed they were going to do, such as, doing both bone graft and gum graft at the same time, drawing my blood and using it on the grafting site to promote healing, and pulling my gum as down as possible so that it could extend – among a few other things.
The WORST part is Dr. David cursed me on my way out saying, “I cannot keep giving you free consults.” This is a lie, and not to mention very disrespectful to say to a patient. First, he billed my insurance, he has my insurance. Second, not once during all my visits have they ever mentioned about any consult fee.
Dr. David seems to rush the consultation on my second visit, very contrary to the welcome he gave on my first visit. He also said, “I have a lot other patients to take care of” – where was this phrase when you lured me into doing everything with you on my first visit?
His son seems like a young, bright talent, but with his dad’s attitude, I think the success of his practice will be limited. Please open your own practice. You can help so many people your father turned down because of his mood swings.
I don’t know how smart they are, as I have never had any work done, but the quality of their service seems to be driven by their emotions and moods rather than the fact of the case, which is not a good thing for medical providers.

I have been seeing Dr. Brisman for about 2 years. I always have a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk, are very accommodating and kind. They help set up appts, send reminders and are upfront about the insurance and costs.
Dr. Brisman has excellent bedside manner [ chairside?]. He is thorough, explains what needs to be done, the options and has provided excellent care for me. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs, even if you are just needing a cleaning.
