  ⚠️ MEDICAL SAFETY WARNING: Permanent Nodules, Over-dosage & Unethical Practices She deleted my previous comment! I am writing this to warn other patients, especially young women in their 20s, to stay away from this clinic. Behind their curated 5-star Google facade (which contrasts sharply with their 3-star Yelp rating), there are serious issues with medical competency and unethical billing. 1. Permanent Radiesse Complications & Gaslighting: Last year, despite my concerns about facial width, the doctor pushed me to get Radiessein my jawline. It resulted in permanent, "stone-hard" lumps (nodules) on my jowl. When I returned for help, I was charged a $150 "consultation fee" just for a corticosteroid injection, which then failed to dissolve the lumps. Her solution was to upsell me a $1,000 TempSure package. 2. Dangerous Over-dosage (360 Units of Dysport): To "hide" the protruding lumps when I bite, the doctor injected a staggering 360 units of Dysport in one session—despite my explicit warning that I’ve never needed more than 100 units. This is a massive, medically questionable dose that has left my masseters and cheeks severely sunken, making me look aged and exhausted. 3. Sculptra Placement Error: I recently tried Sculptra for my nasolabial folds (smile lines). Now, I have unnatural horizontal ridges underneath my nostrils every time I smile. When confronted, the doctor used "gaslighting" tactics, questioning if the lines were there before—disregarding the clear anatomical change post-treatment. 4. Predatory Refund Policy: I purchased a $4,000 Emface package but requested a refund within 48 hours. They strictly refused, forcing me into "store credit" only. This is how they trap patients into returning for more botched treatments. PLEASE RESEARCH THIS CLINIC ON YELP AND REALSELF. Do not let the "perfect" Google score fool you. I am now seeking a specialist to fix the structural damage and nodules caused here.

  This place is a SCAM and the doctor clearly doesn’t care about the patients. Don’t bee fooled by her fake google reviews, look at yelp and other platforms!! I came here last year to get radiesse injection for my jawline, even though I expressed my concerns about afraid of looking wider, the doctor still recommended me to do the procedure and promised I will “love” her afterwards. Immediately after the injection, I looked like a television, and I understood that this was mostly just swollen. Yet, the hard lumps formed on one of my jowl lasted for more than six months and I hated myself when I look at the mirror. I went back to ask the doctor what’s happening, and I was charged $150 for a corticosteroid injection. I was told to wait for another month and start doing TempSure treatment with them after a month (with approximately 5 sessions and $200/session). I waited a month but the corticosteroid injection likely dissolved some of my own fat, which made the radiesse lumps seemed even more prominent, and thus I came to see the doctor again for dysport in my neck and masetter because the lumps pop out every time I bite. I have been doing dysport for years and I never exceeded 100units in one session and it always worked great, although I told the doctor about this personal experience, she still pushed me to do 360units! I told her I can accept 200units for most but the front desk staff said they will charge me $150 fee in addition to the injection fee since I “talked to the doctor”…!? Now 2 weeks have passed and my masetter is way too sunken, which also made my cheeks get sunken. Now I look old and tired Moreover, I purchased a emface package ($4000) with them but later found another place with better deal, and so I contacted them within two days for a refund. But they refused because they only allow it to be turned into store credits (this is why I went back to them for dysport—to use up my “credits”). Meanwhile, I also tried sculptra for smile line with them because my body responds great to sculptra. Unfortunately, bad things happened again—there is now a weird horizontal line underneath my nostrils every time I smile. I asked the doctor and she said she doesn’t know why this happened and even questioned me am I sure I “didn’t have it before” her treatment? I’m only in my early 20s and I regret for my impulsive decision to ever come to this place and allow someone I didn’t even do a lot of research on to perform such treatments on me.

  I just had my first visit with Dr. Avaliani last week and I know I will be going back again. She read my face and immediately knew what I was hoping to achieve. Her staff members are professional and courteous and I felt very comfortable there. I’ll post again after my second visit next week, but so far, so good!!
