They’re very attentive, they’re caring, have sense of humor and focus on what needs to be taken care of. They had a replacement therapist who was completely awesome. I think his name was Ahmed, he knew what pressure points to work on. He knew the extent of my injury and worked carefully on what needed attention. He was just here maybe twice but he was great. Denise the front desk receptionist is awesome. Very kind, accommodating & understanding. She always makes sure my appts are set and if there’s an adjustment’s that are needed she contacts me immediately to let me know of any changes. The entire staff is amazing..Sasha, Susan, Candace, Martha, Viktor, Dr. B, Dan, Johem, & Adrian are great at what they do & I’m grateful for the entire team at Elevated in Manhattan 🤍
