They were very helpful during my pretesting and post exam procedures. Dr. Lee is great; she made everything very simple to understand. Overall all of the staff kept checking to make sure I was comfortable which made the experience very calm and smooth.

Every staff said they would send to me but I still till today haven’t received anything. I have potentially serious eye issue that I need the file for a second consultation and their irresponsible behavior is causing medical delays and stress during the time I am suppose to focus on my health. Patients should not have to chase down medical records like this. I don’t know what else I can do to get my own record.
