I came in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted with frames/lenses and the salespeople accommodated that and even had some tailor picked suggestions the second time which I felt was thoughtful. They spent quite some time mixing and matching all the options and managed to get me some upgrades I didn't expect.

They need to learn how to more clearly explain the difference between “contact lens visits” and “glasses visits”. I’m still confused! I was made to feel like it was my fault for misunderstanding. I don’t appreciate being gaslit by members of the team for their inability to communicate.
