  I’ve been a patient at LensCrafters for over three years and have consistently seen Dr. Yusupova, which makes this recent experience especially disappointing and frankly unacceptable. During my latest visit, my doctor switched my contact lenses from biweekly to dailies. I also heard her directly inform the store associate of this update as she handed off my prescription. Based on that, I reasonably trusted that everything had been properly processed. However, when I called the next day to place my order, I was being quoted my old contact lens prescription. It quickly became clear that nothing had actually been updated at all. I was then told nothing could be corrected because my doctor was out of office for the weekend—despite this being a straightforward update that had already been explicitly communicated. The store associate should have caught this immediately when reviewing and processing the prescription the day of. Instead of taking ownership and resolving the error, I was told to come in for additional trial lenses (which I had already been given) and that a fill-in doctor *might* be willing to update the prescription after I essentially repeated the process. This was not only redundant but completely inconsistent with what had already been approved by my actual doctor. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue, my calls were deliberately ignored. The staff had seen the calls and chose not to answer them, and despite repeated assurances of a callback, no one ever followed through. I was left with no response until the weekend had passed. Overall, this was a disorganized, careless, and deeply frustrating experience marked by a lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism. After years as a loyal patient, I expected far better.
