Amazing class! I did the hot yoga class with Campbell. She is an amazing instructor and such a beautiful and friendly person. The facility is beautiful and clean. The room was nice and hot. The class was worth it. There were weights included and I really enjoyed everything about it! I highly recommend taking the hot yoga class with Campbell and I will definitely be returning! Thanks so much for an amazing experience!!

Their mats are smelly I was usually let in when I was 1-2 min late, but this time I lost a class. I wish the behavior was consistent.

I was really disappointed to learn that this studio pays its yoga teachers only around $22 per hour — that’s not a living wage in NYC, especially given the cost of living and the professionalism expected in this field. When I attended classes here, I also found the staff to be unprofessional and the overall experience didn’t reflect the values that yoga is supposed to stand for. I truly hope the management reconsiders how they treat and compensate their instructors. Until then, I won’t be returning or recommending this place.

The Yoga Sculpt class is one of my favorite work out classes. Issa P is my fav instructor. After one of her classes I’m sore in muscle areas I’ve never been sore before in. My only complaint is the price of classes.

I enjoyed my first class very much. It was very clean. The instructions were clear and included variations to decrease and increase the intensity. I have recommended it to other people already. Their feedback is that they're unlikely to come because: 1. There are not many men there. (My hubby said that he doesn't feel comfortable working out with only women. Other men might revel in the attention.) 2. There are no beginners' classes after work. Please add some!
